1. What is Kabri all about?

Kabri is a small, homegrown fashion brand that brings you thoughtfully handcrafted outfits with a desi soul and modern touch. All our pieces are made in small batches with love.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

NO, we DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery across pincodes in India except for orders deliverable in Maharashtra.

3. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a nominal charge of ₹60 is applied.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched in 5-7 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–6 days depending on your location.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Sorry! We do not provide return/exchange because of three reasons. First of all. We check our products 2 to 3 times before sending it to our customer so that cannot be any sort of defect or damage in the pieces. Secondly, we always provide a margin so that there are no sizing issues, and thirdly, we provide the most purest form of cotton, so it will be the best suitable cloth material for the Indian audience.

6. Do you take custom size orders?

Yes! If you need a custom size fit, we are just a text away on our whatsapp or instagram page. To mention, our instagram page is @kabri.in and whatsapp number is +91 9834006420.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can also track it via the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.

8. Is everything made in India?

Proudly yes! All our pieces are designed, stitched, and packed by local artisans and tailors from our in-house setup.

9. Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are online-only. But who knows—maybe soon in your city! 😉
